Thomas Glynn

Tom is resident in Ireland and is a CFA Charter Holder and Chartered Accountant. He started his career in Touche Ross in Dublin and, following qualification, went on to work at KPMG. He then joined Citibank NA where he was a vice president in both Dublin and New York managing fund accounting, investment performance reporting and compliance units within its world-wide securities services division. From 2000 to 2014 Tom managed global active equity portfolios at Ireland's largest fund management company, Irish Life Investment Managers. From 2011 to 2014 he was fund manager of the firm's private equity fund that invested directly in Irish infrastructure assets, as well as assisting in its formation and initial fund raising. Tom currently acts as an independent non-executive director on alternative investment funds and provides operational consultancy services to Irish authorised funds.

Mairead Kenny
Mairead Kenny

Mairead has gained a wide range of experience in investment management over the course of 25 years. She has held positions as COO and Director of Marketing and Investor relations, working in both London and New York. 

Mairead holds an MA and MSc from University College Dublin and began her career at JP Morgan. She moved to Lehman Brothers and then worked for 8 years at BAML, where she headed up the EMEA capital introductions team. She moved to the buy-side in 2016, where her extensive expertise was enhanced by practical experience and trouble-shooting. She worked in senior positions at various independent funds and most recently as MD at Lake Parime, a business specialising in clean energy, cryptocurrency and bitcoin mining. Mairead’s work with independent funds has also included significant knowledge of sustainability and the future of energy, as well as infrastructure projects. She left in 2023 to focus on her NED portfolio. 

Mairead holds American and Irish citizenship and is currently resident in Ireland. She holds the Certified Investment Fund Director designation and CFA ESG Certification. Mairead is a member of the Irish Fund Directors Association and 100 Women in Finance.

Nicola Meaden Grenham
Nicola Meaden Grenham

Nicola is resident in Ireland and is a specialist in alternative investments with significant knowledge and experience of strategic business development, asset raising, risk management, investment management, private markets and hedge funds.  Nicola graduated from Exeter University with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics.  She also holds a PhD in Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin.  In 1990 Nicola founded TASS, which became one of the market’s leading global data and research firms specialising in hedge funds. She then became MD and member of the Investment Committee Blackstone Alternative Asset Management between 2001 and 2004.  Based in London, she established and managed the development of the group’s hedge fund activities outside the US. From 2008 to 2012, Nicola was CEO of Alpha Strategic Plc, the UK listed company which provided access to passive minority equity capital to independent, owner-managed investment managers. Nicola currently runs Dumas Capital Ltd, a company she founded in 2004 which provides strategic advisory and research services in the alternative investment sector. She serves as an independent director on alternative investment funds. Nicola is approved by the Central Bank of Ireland as an independent director.  She is the co-author of two books: ‘Derivative Markets & Investment Management’ and ‘Futures Fund Management’.

Victoria Parry

Victoria is resident in Ireland and has considerable knowledge of all aspects of running a hedge fund business including governance, fund structuring, hedge fund regulation, legal and compliance. Victoria graduated from University College Cardiff with an LLB (Hons) in 1986.  She subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and practised with Clifford Chance in London.  After 4 years as Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Lehman Brothers, London, Victoria joined GLG Partners LP in 2000 as Senior Legal Counsel. On its merger with Man Group in 2010 she became Global Head of Product Legal.  She held responsibility for a global team of lawyers, advising on the development and maintenance of all Man's products and platforms until leaving in 2013.  Victoria is currently a director of a number of companies including investment funds (Irish UCITS and non UCITS and Cayman) and management companies. Currently approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and the FCA in the UK to act as a director, she has been previously approved by regulators in Guernsey, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands. In 2010 and 2011 Victoria was named as one of the Top 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds (Hedge Fund Journal in association with PwC).
